![]() ![]() I get an error message saying that a connection could not be established. When I try to connect to the IP address given on the printer via the web. I have already tried all of the usual fixes (unplugging, updating and reloading drivers, deleting old printers that are no longer in use, clearing the printer spool, etc.). I don't know if that is the source of my problems or not. In the course of my 3 hours of trying to diagnose/fix the problem I noted that the printer report lists the IP address of the printer as something different than appears on the printer properties displayed on the computer. I used the various "doctors" and troubleshooting programs, and discovered that I can print test pages from the computer only when it is the "internal test page" test pages orginating from the computer act as it they printed, but never materialize. ![]() Communication seems to be a one-way street. My computer sees a printer of the appropriate series as ready on the network, and I can scan from the printer and recieve the scan wirelessly on the computer, but when I try to print from the computer. The wireless setup seems to be working but not working. I think the printers are both in the HP 4630 all in one series. I was previously using an HP Photosmart Premium. I recently replaced my old printer with an Officejet 4635.
